Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system scalability.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance software development processes.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Experience with back-end development, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with database design, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
