Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development workflows and project delivery.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.

Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP applications within HANA environments.

Ability to lead code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deployment processes in SAP landscapes.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable software solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
