Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.

Proficiency in ServiceNow.
Technical Architect - Must have ITOM, Event Management, Integration and Now-Assist Experience

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.

Experience in managing and leading software development teams.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable custom software solutions.

Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative technical solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
