Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITOM, CMDB, ITSM

Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.

Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver complex custom solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across multiple integrated systems.

Familiarity with best practices in code quality assurance, performance optimization, and deployment processes.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
