Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts across multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes and maintain a cohesive technical strategy.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align technical efforts with business priorities.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).

Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.

Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.

Ability to lead and guide development teams through complex technical challenges.

Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
