The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role demands continuous engagement with team members to drive successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of cloud service models, deployment strategies, and infrastructure automation.

Experience with designing scalable and resilient cloud architectures.

Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools and cloud security best practices.

Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and optimize performance.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
