Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.

Experience in managing and leading software engineering teams through complex project deliveries.

Ability to ensure code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and adherence to development standards.

Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalable software design.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
