Custom Software Engineer lead

Client Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project ERP_Internal. The client is VA-INSPIRAGE LLC, a company specializing in delivering innovative technology solutions and services to support business operations and growth. Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is an essential part of this role. Expert proficiency in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines) is required. Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Field Service Management is recommended. Apply deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust software components that meet project requirements. Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment. Analyze complex challenges and propose innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. Engage with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives and user needs. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize development processes and quality standards.
