Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems with enterprise applications.

Skilled in performance optimization and code quality assurance.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
