Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure consistent delivery quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in .NET Architecture.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles related to .NET frameworks.

Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software components using modern development tools.

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions within a collaborative environment.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .NET Architecture.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
