Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Drive innovation by researching and applying new technologies and best practices relevant to software development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.

Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and support complex business reporting requirements.

Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP BW/4HANA with other enterprise systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data modeling and extraction processes.

Skilled in working within agile development environments, ensuring continuous delivery and improvement.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.

This position is based at our Pune office.
