Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The engineer collaborates with different stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, continuously refining and adapting applications to support evolving organizational goals. Problem-solving and innovation are key aspects, as the engineer works to optimize application performance and user experience throughout the development lifecycle.



Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.



Professional Technical Skills:



Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.

Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.

Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.

Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration workflows.

Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements in software integration.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
