Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Openlink Endur.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, ASP.NET MVC.

Strong problem-solving abilities related to software configuration and development within complex environments.

Experience in integrating software components and third-party programs to meet project requirements.

Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Openlink Endur.

This position is based at our Pune office.
