Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily workflow. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in IAM Technical Architecture and Design.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neo4j, PostgreSQL, OpenFGA/SpiceDB, JWT/OAuth 2.0

Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and frameworks.

Ability to design scalable and secure architecture solutions for complex systems.

Experience in integrating IAM solutions with various enterprise applications and platforms.

Familiarity with security protocols, authentication mechanisms, and authorization models.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IAM Technical Architecture and Design.

This position is based at our Pune office.
