You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and usability. Your role is pivotal in transforming business objectives into functional software components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the operational environment.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing CRM applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within CRM platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software configuration.
Additional Information:
