Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: -- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).- Strong understanding of integration patterns and messaging protocols.- Experience with modern software development frameworks and methodologies.- Familiarity with cloud-based services and deployment strategies.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
