Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.


Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience with coding standards, version control systems, and debugging techniques.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Familiarity with integration of cloud-based applications and data management.

Competence in performance tuning and optimization of software components.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
