Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will support the evolution of their applications to deliver a modern, first-class, cloud-based platform to their user base.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. -Low level testing of calculation engine (unit testing, not UI)-Have excellent, in-depth C# and .NET Core development skills first and foremost with Azure cloud experience regardless of the industry domain. -Must be a team player, clear communicator, and practice best-in-class Agile, DevOps and software development ways of working. -Strong C# and .NET Core-Strong SQL Server and or Azure SQL, with familiarity with other database technologies e.g. NoSQL-Experience with cloud architecture and engineering, ideally on Microsoft Azure , Kubernetes, Container Apps, App Service, Functions, Event Grid and Service Bus-Experience with messaging platforms, ideally Kafka-Containerization experience, ideally with Kubernetes (AKS)-Architectural design patterns and how these are applied practically in code implementation-SDLC experience in an agile environmentGood To Have Skills:-Experience with Microservices and Event-Driven architecture is beneficial-Financial Services domain experience in either Asset/Investment Management, Investment Banking or Wealth Management would be a plus-Working alongside product manager, reporting test plan and progress
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.

This position is based in Pune.

A 15 years full time education is required.
