Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.

Strong understanding of application design and development processes.

Experience with integration of Salesforce CPQ with other systems.-strong background in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs, and JavaScript with more than 4-year experience

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification15 years full time education
