Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Aveva OSIsoft PI.

Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.

Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance.

Experience with integration of software components across diverse systems.

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Aveva OSIsoft PI.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
