Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.

Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and transportation logistics.

Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle SCM Transportation Management applications.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle SCM with other enterprise systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable software design.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
