Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.

Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.

Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with database administration and backup strategies related to SAP systems.

Ability to work with transport management and change control processes within SAP.

Understanding of security concepts and user administration in SAP environments.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
