Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

Strong knowledge of application design patterns and architectural principles.

Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware technologies.

Competence in optimizing application performance and scalability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
