Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project objectives and technical strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.

Experience in customizing and extending SAP for Utilities CRM modules to meet business requirements.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP environments.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP for Utilities CRM with other enterprise systems.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
