Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project activities. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and experience applying them in SAP environments.

Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA applications.

Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within SAP systems.

Ability to work with database procedures, data modeling, and integration techniques specific to SAP HANA.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
