Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Security.

Experience in managing user access controls and authorizations within SAP environments.

Knowledge of SAP security policies, compliance standards, and risk management practices.

Ability to analyze and resolve security-related issues affecting SAP systems.

Familiarity with SAP system architecture and integration points to ensure secure configurations.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
