Lead the development and implementation of innovative software features that align with business goals.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Continuously evaluate and improve software processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.


Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oil and Gas Upstream.

Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.

Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex software systems.

Familiarity with integration of software components across diverse platforms.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-driven solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oil and Gas Upstream.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
