The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while overseeing the implementation process to deliver high-quality software products. The role also includes troubleshooting challenges that arise during development and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems, fostering collaboration across teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex data structures and design scalable application frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP Master Data Governance environments.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
