Mandatory to work in rotational shifts 24*7 to ensure full-day support coverage of applications and data workflows

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Application Support Engineer to monitor and maintain applications
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of application, promptly identifying and resolving issues, performing root cause analysis, executing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and communicating effectively with stakeholders and escalation teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor application status using provided dashboards or tools for common issues
- Detect, triage failures, analyze problems, implement solutions, and enhance system performance
- Perform initial troubleshooting and apply defined remedial actions based on SOPs.
- Analyze root cause of recurring or complex issues and recommend long-term fixes or improvements.
- Communicate effectively with relevant teams developers, platform, and business users regarding job status, delays, and incidents.
- Escalate issues to Level 2/Level 3 support as per escalation matrix when beyond scope of L1/L2 handling.
- Document incidents and maintain detailed logs of investigations, resolutions, and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve monitoring, alerting, and error-handling processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of SOPs and runbooks.

Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, Angular, .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of web application development and architecture.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.
- Should have investment Banking knowledge

Shift B (14:30 PM 23.30 PM IST)
Shift C (22:30 PM 7:30 AM IST)
