Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.

Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to data modeling.

Experience with database schema design, normalization, and optimization techniques.

Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data models.

Familiarity with tools and technologies that support data modeling and integration within software systems.

Capability to collaborate with development teams to ensure data models align with application needs.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
