Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within CRM environments.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.

Competence in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
