Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Palantir Foundry, MySQL, Python (Programming Language), PySpark.

Strong experience in data integration and transformation within complex software environments.

Ability to develop scalable and maintainable software solutions using modern programming practices.

Familiarity with application lifecycle management and version control systems.

Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.

Capability to work with large datasets and implement data processing workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Palantir Foundry.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
