Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.

Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.

Strong knowledge of Workday modules and their integration capabilities.

Experience in designing and implementing custom business logic within Workday environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to compensation configurations.

Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and data extraction techniques.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
