Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Asset Management.

Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.

Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components for performance.

Experience in integrating custom software with existing enterprise systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Asset Management.

This position is based at our Jaipur office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
