As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Continuously improve software components by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective changes.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing.


    Professional & Technical Skills:


    Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
  • Experience with integration of onboarding modules within enterprise environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize onboarding workflows.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to customize and extend SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding functionalities to meet unique business requirements.
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
