Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and ensure seamless integration of software components.
Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.

Configure and support Business Partner Contract Account

Manage Move-In/Move-Out and Contract processes

Coordinating with cross functional teams for seam less integration and flow

Interaction records

Strong understanding of the meter to cash process

Regulatory processes ( like MAKO for German utilities)

Exposure to German utilities market

Prepare design/FS

Expertise on Master Data Templates

Product configurations

Web UI Screen configuration

SD order integration

SPRO Configuration One click actions Business roles and Number ranges Case Management Interaction Center WebClient E-Mail Response Management System Basic Settings for Transactions Settings for Service Requests, Complaints SAP Utilities -Customer Engagement

The candidate should have minimum 9 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
