- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices for software reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, Generative AI.and Agentic AI
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies relevant to site reliability.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of software and infrastructure components.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
