Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling modules within enterprise resource planning systems.

Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI CO modules to meet business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FI CO and other enterprise applications.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial and controlling processes.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
