Roles & Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert and guiding the team, making and owning team decisions, and engaging with multiple groups to contribute to key project choices. The engineer will provide solutions for both their immediate team and across other teams, lead initiatives to improve system performance and reliability, mentor junior team members to strengthen their technical expertise, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep support activities aligned with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills: On the technical front, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream, possess strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex software issues, and have experience managing and supporting enterprise-level applications in fast-paced environments.
