Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI to join our growing AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, and experience working with state-of-the-art Generative AI models (such as GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc.). You will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing GenAI-powered solutions for real-world applications.

Roles Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications for Generative AI use cases.

Integrate and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) or diffusion models for business needs.

Build APIs and pipelines for model deployment and interaction.

Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to identify AI opportunities.

Conduct experiments, benchmarking, and performance tuning of models.

Ensure responsible AI use by applying safety, fairness, and bias-mitigation techniques.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and foundational models.
Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
