Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.

Experience with SharePoint Framework and PowerShell scripting for automation and customization.

Strong knowledge of client-side development technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Automate and Power Apps.

Understanding of cloud services integration and Microsoft Azure fundamentals.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
