Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Drive innovation by exploring new approaches and technologies to enhance application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Pega Platform.

Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.

Ability to work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Competence in integrating applications with various enterprise systems and databases.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pega Platform.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
