Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet specific business needs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining integration solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work with various integration tools and middleware to ensure seamless data flow.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
