• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and performance optimization within SAP HANA environments.
• Experience with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP HANA with other enterprise systems.
• Competence in scripting and automation to streamline deployment and maintenance tasks.
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.

• Implement SAP Landscape Transformation
• Set up real-time replication for SAP and Non-SAP systems.
