Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.



Professional Technical Skills:



Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Tableau.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.

Ability to integrate Tableau dashboards with various data sources for comprehensive reporting.

Experience in optimizing performance of Tableau workbooks and data extracts.

Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance reporting workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Tableau.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
