Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationThe Testing Specialist / Testing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, controlling, and reporting testing activities across a Foxtrot program. The role ensures that testing processes, tools, and governance are consistently applied across multiple test phases (SIT1-2, UAT, UAT-SPIN) using qTest and HP ALM as test management tools.The role acts as the central point of contact for test execution control, reporting, and tooling, working closely with Test Managers, Functional Teams, Development, and Business stakeholders. Test Coordination ControlCoordinate testing activities across workstreams (e.g. FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, PM, NERP, Salesforce, ).Support planning and execution of test phases (SIT1-2, UAT, UAT-SPIN)).Ensure test activities are aligned with the approved Test Strategy and Test Plan.Monitor daily test execution and ensure timely issue escalation.Preparing the Test tool for the test execution (Upload of scripts, cllect users, )Test Management Tool Administration (qTest ALM)Maintain and govern test repositories in qTest and/or HP ALM.Ensure correct setup of:Projects, releases, test cycles, and test suitesFolder structures and naming conventionsUser access and role permissionsSupport tool transition or coexistence (e.g. ALM to qTest).Test Case Execution ManagementCoordinate test case creation, review, and baseline management.Ensure test cases are properly:StructuredVersionedOversee test execution tracking and status updates in qTest / ALM.Reporting Test MetricsProduce daily, weekly, and phase-end test status reports.Maintain dashboards covering:Test execution progressPass/fail ratesDefect status and trendsTest coverage and readiness indicatorsProvide management-level reporting to support release go/no-go decisions.Required Skills ExperienceMandatory Experience5+ years of experience in SAP testing or large enterprise testing programs.Hands-on experience with qTest and HP ALM / Micro Focus ALM.Strong understanding of:test lifecycleIntegration and end-to-end testingDefect management processesExperience coordinating testing across multiple teams or vendors.Soft SkillsStrong organizational and coordination skillsClear and concise communication with technical and business stakeholdersAbility to work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environmentStrong attention to detail and data qualityPreferable skills:Experience with test automation result integrationGallup Strengths : ResponsibleKey DeliverablesMaintained and structured test repositories (qTest / ALM)Accurate and timely test status reports and dashboardsConsistent defect tracking and lifecycle management (Optional for defect coordinator)Reliable test execution data supporting release decisions
