Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain hierarchies, nodes, and metadata structures

Manage workflows and approvals

Handle metadata propagation to EPM systems

Resolve metadata-related issues

Coordinate with business stakeholders

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:

Functional: Metadata management, financial hierarchies

Technical: Oracle EDM hierarchies, workflows, subscriptions

Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP Financial Management.

Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.

Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.

Experience in integrating ERP systems with other enterprise applications.

Familiarity with database management and data flow within ERP environments.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP Financial Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
