Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.

Document software designs, processes, and code changes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.
Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Amazon Connect.

Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions and integration techniques.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.

Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance system functionalities.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Connect.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
