Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective software components.

Maintain and improve existing software systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.


Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within mainframe environments.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party tools in mainframe systems.

Understanding of performance tuning and optimization techniques for legacy systems.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
