Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.

Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks.

Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks.

Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and middleware technologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.

Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration processes.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
